Threads Profile Downloader — Photos & Videos

Read a whole profile in one step: paste a Threads profile link and the account's recent feed photos and videos come back together, each with its own download button — no opening post after post.

Processing passes through our server, but no files, links, or logs are ever stored — media streams straight from Threads to your device.

Why use this Threads profile downloader?

A profile's recent posts in one pass

Paste a profile URL or @username and the account's recent feed photos and videos are gathered together, instead of you opening every post by hand.

Batch save as ZIP

When several items come back, bundle them into a single ZIP so the whole batch saves in one action rather than one file at a time.

Photos and videos, not just the avatar

This tool reads the posts in a profile's feed. If the account's profile picture is all you want, the DP tool is the faster route — it needs no feed crawl at all.

URL or @username

You don't need a specific post — a profile link, a threads.net or threads.com URL, or just the @username all work.

How to download

  1. 1

Open the public Threads profile you want to save from.

  2. 2

Copy the profile link — threads.com/@username, with no /post/ in it.

  3. 3

Paste that profile link into the box above and hit Download.

  4. 4

The profile picture and the profile's recent media appear in a list — download the ones you want.

Copying a profile link (or just the @username)

  • 1On the web, open threads.com/@username — the address bar already holds the exact link you need.
  • 2In the Threads app, open the profile and use its menu to copy the profile link.
  • 3Or skip the link entirely — the @username on its own is enough.

A post link (one with /post/ in it) belongs in the video, photo, or carousel tools instead.

What is Threads — and why you need a downloader

Threads shows a profile's posts but gives you no way to bulk-save the media inside them, so keeping a set of someone's photos or videos means opening each post and grabbing it by hand. A Threads profile downloader reads the profile in one step and lists its recent feed media together, so a batch of photos and videos from a public profile can be saved without going post by post. One thing worth setting expectations on: logged out, Threads publishes only the most recent posts on a profile, so this returns a handful of recent items rather than a full archive of everything an account has ever posted.

Only after the account's picture? Use the Threads DP downloader. For a single post, try the Threads photo downloader.

How does the profile downloader gather recent media?

Instead of you opening every post, paste a profile URL or @username and this tool reads the profile and collects the recent feed media — photos and videos — into one list. Each item keeps its original quality, and when several come back you can bundle them with "Download all as ZIP" for a single batch save. How many items appear depends on how many recent posts Threads publishes for that account to logged-out visitors, so a busy profile and a quiet one won't return the same number.

Only after the account's avatar? The Threads DP downloader returns just the profile picture at full size, without reading the feed at all.

Where do profile downloads and the ZIP save?

Everything saves to your device's standard download location — Files → Downloads on iPhone, the Downloads folder on Android, your browser's folder on desktop. A ZIP arrives as one file you then unzip; individual items save straight to the same folders.

Can I download a private profile, and why is some media missing?

Only public profiles work — a private account's posts aren't publicly visible and we don't bypass that. Beyond that, the usual reason media is missing is simply that Threads didn't publish it to a logged-out visitor: older posts drop out of what's publicly readable, and text-only posts have nothing to download in the first place. Links can also expire, since Threads CDN URLs are time-limited — if items fail after the page has been open a while, run the profile again for fresh ones.

A public profile, privately saved

You never log in, the account owner is never notified, and we keep no list of the profiles or media you pull.

Frequently asked questions

How do I download recent photos and videos from a Threads profile?+

Paste the profile link (threads.com/@username) into the box above and press Download. The account's recent feed media comes back as a list, each item with its own download button, plus a "Download all as ZIP" option when there is more than one. Save the ones you want.

How many posts does it actually pull?+

A handful of the most recent ones. Threads only publishes a profile's latest posts to logged-out visitors, so in practice you get the recent feed items rather than an account's full history. That's a limit of what Threads makes public, not a cap we chose, and no tool without your login can go deeper.

What's the difference between this and the Threads DP downloader?+

This page reads the posts in a profile's feed and returns their photos and videos. The DP downloader returns one thing only — the account's profile picture — at full 640×640 size, with no feed crawl, so it's faster and works even on accounts that have never posted. Use the DP tool when the avatar is all you're after, and this one when you want the media from the posts.

Can I download from a private profile?+

No. Only public profiles work — the same content anyone can see without logging in. Private accounts are protected by Threads and we don't bypass that. You also never sign in here, so there's no way for us to reach anything you personally have access to.

Do I need to log in or give a password?+

No. You never log in and we never ask for a password or any account access. You only paste a public link — that's the entire interaction.

Do I need to install any software or an app?+

No. This is a web tool that runs entirely in your browser. There's nothing to download or install, and it works the same on a phone, tablet, or computer.

Is it really free?+

Yes, completely free with no limit on how many downloads you can make. There's no account, no subscription, and no watermark added to your files.

Is it safe, and do you collect my data?+

Processing passes through our server so we can reach Threads, but we don't store your links, the media, or any logs, and we never ask you to sign in. Nothing about what you download is saved, tracked, or shared.

Can I download from a private Threads account?+

No. This only works with public posts and profiles — the same content anyone can see in a browser without logging in. Private accounts are protected by Threads and we don't bypass that.

Is there a watermark on the files?+

No. You get the original file exactly as Threads serves it — no logo and no quality loss from us.
